Alexander Summer LLC, Paramus, successfully completed a lease transaction to Mercedes-Benz on behalf of Premier Associates, Mercedes-Benz will occupy the entire 14,000-square-foot building at 50 Craig Road in Montvale. Patricia Hutchins, senior vice president and Chris Tichio, vice president of Alexander Summer LLC, represented the building owner in the transaction. Premier Associates, a private owner of commercial and industrial real estate, is headquartered in Englewood. Ronald Schrader of Sitar Company/ONCOR International, represented Mercedes-Benz. As the sole tenant of the building, Mercedes will use the space primarily for engineering purposes. Upon Occupancy, Mercedes will renovate the facility to meet its operational needs.
