New Owner Retains Alexander Summer

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ, AUGUST 30, 2004 - Alexander Summer, L.L.C. of Paramus, New Jersey, one of New Jersey's oldest and most respected owners and managers of commercial real estate, announced the sale of 440 Sylvan Avenue, a 68,000-square-foot office building in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey to P&H Plaza, Inc., a privately owned and operated commercial real estate operator. The new ownership has also retained Alexander Summer as leasing agent and property manager of the facility.

Given the building's floor plan, the growing number of professional office tenants in Bergen County greatly appealed to our Company.
