PARAMUS, NJ, MAY 22, 2006 - Alexander Summer, L.L.C. announced the appointment of John S. Windish as vice president of property management. In this role, Mr. Windish"s responsibilities will include all aspects of property management, including supervision of property management staff, vendor and contractor negotiations, and tenant relations, for a portfolio of over 1 million SF of office and industrial commercial properties.
"John brings over 15 years of property management experience and leadership to Alexander Summer, L.L.C.," stated Alexander von Summer III, managing principal of the Paramus real estate firm. "This appointment reflects our continued growth in the property and asset management sectors, and our commitment to attract proven talent that allows us to provide very high levels of performance to our clients."
Prior to joining Alexander Summer, L.L.C., Mr. Windish was a property manager with M. Alfieri Property Management Company where he was responsible for the complete management of 1.2 million square feet of mid-rise multi tenanted office, flex and single-tenant buildings. Other responsibilities included tenant build-outs, staffing, training, contract negations, preventative maintenance programs, budgets and tenant relations and retention. Mr. Windish has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from William Patterson University, a Certificate in Applied Electronics from RET Electronic School and is a BOMA RPA candidate. He currently resides in Landing, New Jersey.
