Work Orders
are used to track building issues and to
help keep them under control. The
following is a list of reasons to call the
Property Management Office to request a Work
Order to be opened:
Temperature discomfort
Changing, adding, or deleting parking
spaces
Burned out light bulbs
Requests for special cleaning or
complaints regarding existing cleaning
Requests including changes in the physical
space or changes with locks and keys
How to open a Work Order Ticket:
1. Designate
a tenant liaison; someone who will be in
charge of calling the Property Management
office for each issue. This will limit
the amount of calls we receive regarding the
same incident.
2. Place a
call into the Property Management Dept. at
201-712-1000, extension 113. Either
leave the message on the voice mail, or if
it is an emergency, follow the prompts.
3. A Work
Order will be opened and faxed to the
Building Manager, he will complete the order
and ask for your signature approving that
the work was complete.
There may be
charges incurred depending on the work that
is done.
