FIRE DRILL

In early spring, we will have a scheduled fire drill. You will be notified the week prior to the drill so that you are somewhat prepared. We would like to surprise our tenants, but this becomes very inconvenient for a lot of them. If for any reason the fire alarm sounds and you were not notified prior that it is only a test. It is imperative that you evacuate the building.

The fire department will be onsite during the fire drill to see how well the drill was performed and give us any feedback. We will then get the information over to your company’s Fire Warden and they will be able to pass it along to you.


We would like to thank all of you for being patient while the building  undergoes some renovations. We are Planning to change the style of the tile that is located in the lobby area as well as change the wall paper pattern. More about the construction that will be going on and so on.
