CHRISTOPHER P. TICHIO

Leasing

Christopher Tichio joined Alexander Summer, L.L.C. in 1997. Mr. Tichio is currently Vice President of Leasing, where his responsibilities include leasing for an in-house portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space. Mr. Tichio also heads the leasing efforts for third party clients, such as Kushner Companies and The Beekman Estate for Bergen County, totaling an additional 750,000 square feet. Mr. Tichio provides full service to landlords and property owners by working closely with Accounting and Property Management, ensuring each building's high rate of tenant retention. Mr. Tichio continues to develop and expand the Alexander Summer, L.L.C. database and other effective marketing tools.

Prior to his leasing responsibilities, Mr. Tichio worked as an Accountant with Alexander Summer, L.L.C. for two years. His responsibilities included reviewing lease abstracts, cash management and billing. Mr. Tichio holds a Bachelors of Business Arts from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
