Sanora Lee joined Alexander Summer, L.L.C. in June of 2000 as Property Accountant, and in January 2003 was promoted to Senior Property Accountant. Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of accounting for a commercial portfolio in excess of 1,500,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. Ms. Lee provides supervision and training of junior accounting staff. She is also in charge of implementation and maintenance of the accounting software system.

Ms. Lee has provided extensive lease analysis to our sales associates and their clients. She has also worked in part as a sales associate on family owned and third party leasing transactions.

Prior to joining Alexander Summer, L.L.C., Ms. Lee was employed by CB Richard Ellis, Inc. as Revenue Accountant/A/P Supervisor where she was responsible for cash management for over fifty commercial properties. Ms. Lee was also previously employed by CBC/Koll/Hampshire, L.L.C. where she held the position of Senior Accounting Clerk III and was responsible for processing all A/P and A/R for over twenty commercial properties, as well as, lease entry and tenant adjustments.

Ms. Lee attended New York University and Bergen Community College majoring in Accounting and Business Administration. Ms. Lee is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey.
