Christine Potash joined Alexander Summer, L.L.C. in November of 1994. During her tenure at the firm, Ms. Potash has held several positions within the company before her most recent promotion to Senior Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer.
As Senior Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Potash is responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of the company, including personnel supervision, recruitment, retention and training, human resources and corporate benefits. She is
also responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's SOP Manual and handbook of company policies and procedures.
Ms. Potash is the primary point of contact for various corporate projects including commercial property refinancings. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing IT issues, and she manages the company's marketing efforts including P/R, advertising, presentations and RFP's. She is also a core member of the firm's Management Committee.
Prior to joining Alexander Summer, L.L.C., Ms. Potash was employed at RREEF Management as Assistant to the Operations Manager, a position overseeing many aspects of Asset and Operations Management. She was previously employed as Office Manager at Flora Service, Inc., where her responsibilities included H/R, P/R and liaison for city and state government departments.
Ms. Potash is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey, a New Jersey Notary Public, and she has continued her education in her chosen field by attending various Human Resources and Management courses through the American Management Association and other organizations. She also has an extensive background in computers and technology.
