BRYAN RIVAS
Junior Accountant

Bryan Rivas joined Alexander Summer, L.L.C. in April of 2006 as a Junior Accountant. Bryan's responsibilities include various aspects of accounting and cash management for a commercial portfolio in excess of 1,500,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.

Prior to joining Alexander Summer, L.L.C., Mr. Rivas was employed at 603 Warehouse Associates, where his responsibilities included assisting the President and Chief Financial Officer with various tasks, as well as handling monthly bank reconciliations, daily bank deposits, posting of daily cash transactions, inventory audits and collections. Mr. Rivas was also previously employed by EAM/Garden State Hauling as an Accounting Clerk, assisting the controller and accounts payable and accounts receivables departments with task such as A/R, customer billing, bank deposits, cash receipts, customer service, data entry, invoice posting and credit card transactions.

Mr. Rivas is attending Gibbs College and is working towards his A.A.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. He holds a Certificate in Business Administration and Computerized Accounting from the American Business Academy. Mr. Rivas is skilled in Accounting principals, QuickBooks, MS Excel and MS Word, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
