APRIL MEYERS Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer April Meyers joined Alexander Summer, L.L.C. in November, 1997 as Corporate Controller. In 1998 she was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Accounting, and in 2005 she was promoted to Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer. Her current responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of accounting for a commercial portfolio in excess of 1,500,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. In addition, she is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for the management and holding companies. Ms. Meyers brings to the firm over 21 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Alexander Summer, L.L.C., Ms. Meyers held a range of positions as an auditor for various public accounting firms, ranging from small firms to national firms. She has provided a wide range of accounting, audit and tax services to closely held businesses from less than $1 million up to $60 million in annual sales. Her responsibilities varied, from providing consulting services on accounting systems to producing detailed analyses of internal controls. Clients sought out her advice in order to maximize the efficiency of their financial information systems, enabling them to receive more accurate and timely financial information. Ms. Meyers has a diverse knowledge of various industries.
